Simple Simon
Eat when hungry
Sleep when sleepy
Not simple
With thoughts nimble
Go where we expand in joy
Forsaking egoic ploy
Is there an inhibition or limitation
To flow thus in unending elation
Live simply
Act humbly
Better a rebel, a nerd
Than a blind follower of the herd

Do we
Are we
