Very meditative poem, Abdullah. I understood the poem's inference of age, but memory/helpful herbs, I did not. Ty for sharing your knowledge on this. The title is such a cool one, it drew me in. Looking at the titles of your vast catalog of poems, I can see much wisdom is in there for me to glean. An enjoyable task I look forward to engaging in. A very thoughtful senryu.
