Silhouette of Night

The silhouette of night comes,
like a soft dark rendering
Drawn on the wall of my mind
To visit, to remember
There I've rendered your likeness,
with the charcoal from our love
Left in the silent ashes

..."with the charcoal from our lives"... Now there is a line that will meander the mind tracing its many and varied interpretations. Well done.
