Silhouette

Silhouette, oh silhouette I promise not to let Anyone forget Is there nothing you regret? Silhouette, my silhouette Put my car in drive I have to see you, are you still alive? Put your arms around me, faceless beauty I close my eyes and picture what you used to be Full of life and spirit Heart beat of love so loud you could hear it When you smiled, oh when you smiled Captured the innocence of a child Never would harm a fly I bet Silhouette, my silhouette Remember when you were young? All the songs of life you sung Oh how your love had me sprung Now lost hope, the pain, it stung Silhouette, oh silhouette Now you're nothing but a mere shadow How to save you I dont know As I gaze into your window I ponder if I should let you go Emotionless kiss No pulse in your wrists You went away like the sunset Silhouette, my silhouette
