Silent Prayer To the Rain

(The fallen light) Story's getting old, replayed memories, It seems that you were dying. I hope that you died smiling, So now are you happy? Happy that you left me in your dust! Don't worry, it's the thought that counts. So, how should I show my affection, my slow progression? A dying regression of hope for the world. And this is how I'll hide my sorrow, Praying that it rains tomorrow, angels weep as you're forgotten. I can't remove these scars, carving out these memories has become a part of life. Memories hurt more, memories of you, sinking deeper, deeper into your eyes. You look so peaceful... Here's my rose and the promise that I can't forget. The promise with your name on it.
