Sahasrara & Ajna in tandem
Ignite the head ovoid
Anahata spacial ever purring
All within Sushumna overjoyed

Moment to moment we cognise
Imperceptible shifts within
We alone know the throb we feel
Ecstatic renewal of bliss ignition

Regina! I think I must clarify. The poem relates to chakras in our energy body. Sahasrara is the crown ... top of head. Ajna is the third eye. Anahata is the heart centre. Sushumna is a triple layered vertical conduit from root to crown. All this relates to the energy path of kundalini awakening. You can refer to my poem Kundalini - Ziket for the actual process. The result is bliss or any other enablement as God wishes to bestow.
