Silence Is the Sound

silence
is the sound
of a new
leaf turning over
in the
quiet
of the
settled
dust
of your
departure
into
that grey
lifeless bird
You
rise
higher
as
sound
of the roaring
engine
reverberates over
my sky
and
yet
your
glorious
words
ring in my ears
Your gone
now
but
not really
As
we
are
but
Pilgrims
across
this
worldly
Journey
and
a
lifetime
awaits
us
together
and
infinite space
we will share
in his glory
and
I will
be patient
your
listening ear
be
ever watchful
of
the beauty
its so ever fleeting here
SIlence is the sound
of our paths seperating
Merrily waltzing across
the
softened forest floor
I
continue this journey
to my inner core
To
him
I want so much more.
