Silence

flowers wilting in winters shade
the glowing sun starts to fade
the early birds have now moved on
nothing left to show they once belong
seperated, detached from this place
the place that had made me feel safe
time moves on and friends move with it.
my full life be comes an empty pit
no one left to comfort me
no one here to hear my plea
the desire to be alone no seems pointless
my beautiful life is now a mess
empty silence feels my mind
silence now endures my time
