Don’t underestimate the power of silence

Silence was my childhood friend
Silence is something to defend

Silence isn’t deafening
Silence is mind levelling 

Silence isn’t ominous
Silence isn’t monotonous 

Silence is internal strength 
Silence is good health

Silence doesn’t perform
Silence isn’t in multi form

Silence is pure
Silence is there to assure

Silence is trustworthy 
Silence is credit worthy
