Si Et Somnia's

If I could just turn back time,
If I could put back our song’s rhyme,
I would choose to live in the past,
And make sure our love would last.

If I could hold thee in my hands-
Feel thy gentle fingers as it land,
Caress thy face of perfect beauty;
 Honor thy voice and humility.

If I could just repaint our laughter and smiles,
I’ll add a twinkle in our eyes
For our love to glisten even in thousand miles
For our love to outshine the dreadful lies.

But all these if’s and wishes of love,
Are all just fantasies I could not have.
For the pendulum can’t and will not move back,
To heal our hearts’ wounds and bleeding cracks.
