Showing off her flag
Was the lady in white
She felt pride of course
In the soldiers that fight
Her own sacrifice was her brother Jim
She was not sure what battle he was fighting in
But WWI was in full swing, on this day
When she raised the flag yelling “hip hip hooray!”
