Show, Don't Tell
In my experience
between the two
I'm not naming names
but what people say
and what they do
are not always
one and the same
as they don't follow through
life gets in the way
I understand
but that's no reason
not to let me know
there's been a change of plan
when told I'll call
give you a ring is when
I know I'll never
hear from them ever again
all in all
it's quite disappointing
and if nothing else
totally frustrating
