Shouldn'T Have

The norm passes by so easily And there are days that I forget But the ones that I remember, Are the ones that I regret. It’s never just one thing They all coming rushing in I hide them all so neatly That they can not wait to begin They’re never really dealt with And I fell nothing but the shame I can never forgive my sins So I live in constant pain There are days sometimes When I remember to forget And every once and awhile I live with out regret The burden gets so heavy More and more each day I will always have this debt No matter how much I pay I can feel the toll it’s taking Containing such a thing It’s feasts upon my soul My dominating king.
