Should You Marry

Don't marry a person because you feel sorry for them.
You can end up feeling more sorry for yourself in the long run.
Don't marry someone because you think no one else will want you.
Learn to love and respect yourself first.
Don't marry someone because your friends and family think you are perfect together.
Sometimes secrets are found only behind closed doors.
Don't marry someone just because the sex is good.
What happens when you get old?
Don't marry someone just for their looks.
     Those fade in time....then what?
Don't marry someone just so your child has a dad.
Remember, a child's mind is like a sponge.
Don't marry someone who keeps secrets from you.
It won't end after your married.
I have found that you both need to believe in and want the relationship.
You both need to see yourselves as equal,
then there shouldn't be a power struggle.
You both need to learn how to give and forgive...
     Nobody is perfect.

                                           P.R.Deremer
