Shopping For An Eternal Perspective

And in the beginning 
	God Said
Go ahead 
	Shop until 
	You drop
So	
	At last
	It came to pass
I shopped 
	And dropped
A dozen dimes at a time
	And didn’t stop
	Until I dropped
Dead
	In my tracks
Today
	I give it all away
Wondering what
	A consumer eccentric 
Crop of living beings
Really means
	In the eternal perspective
