Shogun Series Collab Bills Side 10

(Cont) Bill rapped twice on Lt. Griggs' office door. “It’s open!
Well if it isn’t Sgt. Bill Lipton. Come in, close the door and
take a seat.
I guess you heard there’s a vigilante on the loose.” Bill was
feeling a bit uncomfortable. He knew by rights he shouldn’t
have messed with thecase without the Lt’s permission.
“Seems you and thetwenty first already had a run in with him.”
“Yes sir. I kinda got caught up.. Uh ..in,,,”
“Never mind that. I don’t want to hear your excuses. It might
not coincide with what I heard and then you’d be in trouble.
Look Sgt. Lipton, you been on the force here three years as a
detective and you’ve already got a hell of a good crime solving
record in the works. Don’t blow it now because of some silly
mishandling of the regulations. I Knowsome of those rules are
chicken crap when it comes to enforcing the law,
but we’ve got to play by the book, get it?
“Yes sir ..I ..”
