Shinrin-Yoku
It says, to remain in presence of trees;
point is to relax rather
to gain anything!
This is due to various essential oils,
which trees emit, improve our
full immune system.
Study says, to hang out in the midst of woods,
Brain enters a serene state.
Nice way to feel calm!
One starts looking at life in new way.
Tree reduces stress levels.
Wise says, be near trees.
