Shifting Away From Tamas
No sooner we exit stagnation
Arising from mind-body association
Our consciousness expands
Enabling us to clearly understand
Integral wholeness
All one as oneness
Completeness
Radiating blissfulness
As active awareness flowing
Is-ness of being-ness glowing
