She'Ll Be Ok
She hurts to the extreme
There’s nothing in between
She doesn’t want to cry
She just wonders why
A rebellious tear breaks through the wall
She swipes it away like it was nothing at all
But the tears swell up in her eyes so blue
They threaten to break through
She doesn’t hate, no she doesn’t think ill
She tries to move on, she tries to find the will
Sleep is all she needs all she looks forward to
She sleeps and dreams of nothing but you
She looks forward to the day when she becomes numb through it all
She knows the depth of the cliff but she doesn’t want to fall
She knows there are others who care deeply for her
Sometimes it is hard to tell them what hurts
Goodbye for now, the tears won’t wait their turn
Goodbye for now, her eyes are starting to burn
