She' the Tick In My Tock

She always took the bad and somehow turned it into good,
She always has an answer, like how walking in faith is often misunderstood.
Even in great pain she can always find a smile,
And brighten up my day if only for awhile.

She loves to pray to God and does it everyday,
She prays for friends and family that all things will be okay.
She prays for our country that once again our vision becomes focused and clear,
And into God’s mighty arms we lay our burdens and our fears.

She is a blessed child of God that reads His Words each day,
And loves to share the gospel, that is what it’s for you’ll hear her say.
Her friends she loves and holds quite dear,
Her heart is open and sincere.

I guess I’m mighty lucky to call this girl my wife,
Thirty eight years and counting she’s been my very life.
So God if You are listening, I know You know her well,
Her love for You never wavers, she knows You cannot fail.
