She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not

heart beats rapidly increase with just a touch of thine hand
floating high above the clouds with no where to land
believing it's all very real but only to awake from a dream
regardless of what the eyes sees it may not be what it seems
i often wonder, was i imagining ? or is it all so very clear
my heart was honestly there but yours was not here
days of pain only to be alleviated with your tender kiss
those joyful days we shared I shall sincerely miss
never more will smiles shine upon my lonely face
just when I think love is not true, you take me back to that place
it's almost like you purposely avoid cupid's shot
and once again i wonder if she loves me or if she loves me not
