She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not

When  all the days that are gone by
And shattered hearts begin to cry
When lovers leave and refuse to try
that’s when love will do or die
For if your heart does not sing true
If  time together seems only blue
Then part and go your separate ways
And look for brighter and better days
For 9 long years I have sat alone
In a place I call not much a home
For me better and brighter are gone
And again I hear the doorbells song
Love is knocking, do I let it in
If I don’t, I think that the greater sin
