She Is Not Me

I thought I had you out my head.
Memories of us keep coming back I wish they were dead....
Then there you were.
Seem to be happy as ever with her.

Marriage plans are on the way.
You remind me that is suppose to be me back in the day.
I see it in your eyes
Years of us so many cries and laughs

You say she makes you happy but can she take away your pain like me.
She makes you feel expected but can she make you complete
Always there but can you talk to her like me
A closing chapter in your lyfe but is she the one to make your lyfe complete.

I see your number on my ID
Over dinner you wish she was me.
Close our eyes, kiss, we have the strongest chemistry.
Reality hit you, she isn't me
