She Is a Woman

Pink is
For girls
Blue is
For boys
That's what
They gave us
When they
Passed out 
The toys
With pretty pink dresses
Young girls grew 
To young women who
Wore nails long
And painted
Lips ruby red
Stilettos
That's what 
They said
Hair flowing
Not knowing
Her complexities
Can you see
She is a Woman
