She Dances

She dances she glances
Beyond her shoulder
She peers
Looking back
Her beautiful smile
She poses in the mirror

She waltzes bright salsas
With each step, she's bolder
No fears
Keeping track
Her dancing style
makes me cheer her

I enjoyed your take on Rick's starter stanza, Jo. I could never get to grips with ballroom dancing, but love watching others. Somehow, I can imagine a mix of Waltz & Salsa. ~ Regards & Blessings // paul

I think dancing is thrilling to perform, and just as thrilling to watch. A gorgeous poem, Jo. :)

Let's dance the last waltz together for tonight. It won't be your last dance. Others are waiting for your salsas. I can hear the music, dear Joanna. Blessings from me too. Don't forget my soup mail.
