Shattered

Nothing in this world is allowed to shatter. The ice melts slowly through pitter patter. Not even glass is allowed. To break nice and loud. Instead the glass melts too. It melts tried and true. Spilling onto the floor. Sticking to feet galore. Spilling onto the grass. Like quicksand sucking up trash. People become trapped and frozen. There will be not one person chosen. To be allowed to cry. Even if they try. Not even people will be allowed to shatter. So everyone turns to frozen matter. Not allowed to move. Tears start to break through. Tears which become frozen too. Tears like icicles, sharp and true. No one in this world is allowed to shatter. Even if they fall off a ladder. Hail then decided to fall. Giant chunks that could be cut with a saw. In this world- This ice has more to herald. We are here for a monster to find. We are here for monster to grind.
