Sharing With My Mother

The more I try to reassure my mother, The more she suspects... The concerns and cares I shoulder, I conceal and collect. Her ears keen to the notes I offer, My anxiety she dissects. Taking on more as I grow older, Less her fear affects. Understanding her and less eager, I share all; she accepts, connects.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
