Shallow
I've lived a life of solitude
Slightly similar than you
Not behind bars
and no free meals
There is no guards
telling me what to do
Some might say I live a luxury life
I'm taken care of as a trophy wife
its not glamorous like the title says
I get the job done no earlier than ten
My daughters are very rambunctious
its me telling them quite and stop it
sometimes they obey
but what can I say
their my children and I love them
I'm a good enough mother
to teach my kids manners
in the past I haven't been so great
but if my husband knew
who I am
he wouldn't believe I'm a slacker
taking time
to collect my shallow rhymes
he digs for dirt faster
