Shall We Waltz

anger, cry, cute love, dad, dance, daughter, first love,

MAY I HAVE THIS WALTZ? ©

Dry your eyes 'Sweetings' don’t fear
Stand on my feet my dear, my dear
And I will carry you around on a turn
You will be twirled and held firm
Your pretty princess dress will billow
Dance with me now and you will follow
I am proud this day of my daughter
To dance this dance I taught her
Oh Daddy you are too ‘funny face’
Will I dance with ribbons and lace?
