Shadows
in the shadows love surrounds
rendezvous two have found
revelations often abound
with love the kiss imparts
teasing tasting tantalize
moistened lips mesmerize
heartbeats quicken synchronize
in waves of frenzied passion
touch me, please me, finalize
allow me to fantasize
hallucinations realize
ecstasy replete
follow my dear, exclude deceit
forbidden bond now complete
inhibitions in retreat
passion begs abandon
the dawn of everyday
is the night of that first day
I hunger still, often thirst
for the touch that was our first
