Shadow Therapy

November 2025

Yeah…
I can’t tell if I’m dreamin’ or bleedin’…
Everything feel so deceivin’…
Uh…

I ain’t gon’ fake it — I feel disconnected,
Heart been broke, soul dissected.
Tryna self-medicate, pills in my checklist,
I don’t fear death, I just kinda respect it.
Ten deep in the bottle, feelin’ reckless,
My reflection lookin’ like a death wish.
Demons on the line, yeah, they leave me messages,
Sayin’ “you’ll never win,” and I almost accepted it.

Floatin’ through the void, can’t find my senses,
Every high I chase turn into trenches.
Said it’s for the pain, but it just extends it,
Can’t tell if I’m alive or suspended…

And I been sinkin’ in my shadow therapy,
Voices talkin’ back, they won’t let me breathe.
Angels fallin’ down, demons next to me,
They don’t want peace — they just envy me.
Yeah, yeah… (envy me)
They just envy me…

Time slippin’ — I can’t find direction,
God on mute, no connection.
Legends die young, yeah, that’s the lesson,
Maybe I’m next, guess that’s the question.
My nephew’s fightin’, the world don’t listen,
My girl starvin’ for control and attention.
Everybody losin’ their own reflection,
I just hope mine finds redemption.

I been talkin’ to the dark, it’s persuasive,
Said “come take a walk,” I was evasive.
Now I see my pain in faces,
Hallucinations — I can’t erase it.

Shadow therapy, it’s my melody,
I been drownin’ slow in my memories.
They say pray, but I lost my faith in me,
I’m too far gone for a remedy.

Yeah… I been talkin’ to my sins again,
They the only ones who listenin’…
Every pill just a synonym…
For the pain I’ve been livin’ in…
