Shadow of Tears

                                              A shadow veils the daylight
                                          Where sorrow sees swollen eyes,
                                           Dripping tears obscure the view
                                              As silent promise she keeps,
                                               After demise of her spouse,
                                                   To share a sunken spirit-
                                                 But at night, joy incarnate.

Hello Guptar, You are welcome. my dear friend. Oh, the spouse wants us to conclude the end results on our own. Guptar , you would not like the snow. It is cold. We have to dress to be warm. Wear boots on our feet to walk on the snow. there are snow storms. and freezing rain to deal with. I rather have Spring. sometimes spring comes in April, Winter is the longest season. thank you for the blessings of the light. I send it back to you. /Darlene/

Thank you dear friend for your visit to my page. What the spouse did is puposely left for readers to pleasantly guess according to their perceptions and sense of being ....Hope that you take it as a poetic device. Wish that winter is away soon and spring would not take long to arrive in its train,. At our place we do not have snow, but sunshine all the year round. Sending you the blessings of sunlight from my island.
