Shadow
When the light fails to shine,
the darkness will creep nearer,
and, SHADOW will fall.
The LIGHT is all-powerful,
a spark can shatter the DARKNESS.
No matter how small it may be,
It will always overcome the darkness.
The light shines like a pioneer into the darkness,
into the unknown, breaking the smothering
presence as it shines forth,
cutting like a jagged blade.
Darkness only falls when the light lets down its guard.
Shadow created by light, spawned from the darkness,
lives and dies with LIGHT.
The smaller the light, the weaker the shadow.
Thank you for being the LIGHT of my life.
Without you the Darkness would have taken me.
I will be your SHADOW until we part.
