Shade

O God, by YOU and nothing but You
I pray we end in peace,
I ask again for Glad tidings unto mums and dads from You,
live in them ever and forever a bless

they did good and kept their sweat we lived
sleepiness night they swept in our honor...

why we when it wheels, we window off them?
have we fulfill the promise of care upon they
and weep their tears with our hands
and make them smile
have we show how much we need them,
for years and Ayes?

O lord, brothers are in pain
virginity had gone in vain
where are boundaries of good to best,
is it in shame or hell we lived?
we painted our world with sheds?

I am enjoying reading the very diverse poetry here this morning in my Soupland. Words pouring onto paper from poets souls. What a joy to be able to sit and read such wonderful poetry for awhile today. Have a very good day Yahaya. Love, Carol
