Seventeen Is the Lucky Number

Loneliness that throbbed inside deep seams
At ten I felt sad and small, full of wrath
Supine I fall, lamenting childhood dreams
Under my weeping willows’ green aura
My idyllic sheltered cave of empath
With veneration, I’d smile if I could
Through the incidental grief of childhood

Thank you Debjani...yes I found this one very hard too. But then this memory of the weeping willow came back to me and it was a bit easier.

I love it! What a sweet petite episode, reminds me in content of Fern Hill by Dylan Thomas ... "as I was young and easy under the apple boughs"
