Seven For Chaos and Order - Stanzas

pieces of my heart, like m&m’s tossed up in the air.
cracked shells in stanzas, chocolate covered hands.
tears melt, ice cubes shatter, scatter-brain affair.
exhaustion of merry-go-round emotions, blurring of wonderland.

i sort m&m’s into rainbow strands, fingerprint hues.
search for golden words to place in picture frames.
cognitive digits, creatively divide poetic stanzas - reds to  blues.
