Set You Free

You make me laugh,
You make cry,
You make my heart skip a beat,
Even though you don’t try,

I really can’t imagine,
Living my life without you,
Our little girl would be sad,
And I would be too,

You say you want out,
So I will set you free,
I feel I have no other choice,
It will be just her and me,

I’m sorry for all the hurt,
And also for the pain,
At one point we were happy,
I wish things had stayed the same,

I wish you all the best,
And a happy life too,
But just remember,
We will always love you.
