Set Me Free

Free my Spirit , Free my soul, Let me sore high, Let me touch the sky, At last let me, Be at peace, Not to walk around, This earthly place, Where war is everywhere you face, Where pain resigns on your love ones face, Free my spirit, Free my Soul, Let me sore high, Let me touch the sky, At last let me, Be the angel, They look aporn, In their time of need, Let me mend, What once was broken, Let me set them free, Free my spirit, Free my Soul, Let me sore high, Let me touch the sky, Written by Davina Browne 2/02/15

Hi, Divina Browne, I'm Jacqueline R. Mendoza or Jac short for my real name and so that we have a Jac for girls. I consider myself a non-fictional poetess. Honestly I don't know how to write rhyming poems so I thank you for making me be inspired to write Rhyming poem. FYI I'm a disabled with a paralyzed left arm due to my tragic car accident almost 25 years ago. I don't know I'm bad in Math but my tragic car accident was last Oct. 11, 1999. My best friend passed away where I'm left with coma for 6 weeks. I'd like to thank you for making me be inspired in writing rhyming poem. FYI, I'm a Cradle Roman Catholic but I am a democrat. My poems are mostly about God and some about myself. I hope we can be friends on poetrysoup, thanks.
