Serial Killer Mindset

I'm a serial killer of a different feather.
Loneliness is my Dark Passenger.
When loneliness overtakes me, I need to feel better.
Each day this need grows stronger and stronger,
so I stalk someone who is as lonely as me
and share a few moments of intimacy.
My loneliness ends and I abandon her,
leaving her dead inside, hopelessly massacred.
I don't want this life. I want it to end,
but it's going to happen again and again.
It's not unlike the mindset of a serial killer,
but it's perfectly legal, so I get away with murder.
