Serenity Falls

Hushed be the whispers of angels, their gentle and lilting croon, Amidst the showering of star lights, halos encircle the moon; Voices that penetrate lightly, sweet elevation to lift The sphere of the voyager soul, cut loose and set adrift. Surrendered the mooring of mortals, in warm resurrection met Peace and life eternal, renewed and devoid of regret; Floating in sacrosanct ether, drawn to the jubilant place Where dwells perpetual sanctuary, the blessed state of grace. Succumbed to the comfort of Heaven, love everlasting is felt In the joyous exaltations, where all pain is decreed to melt; Laid rest in ethereal harbours, in echoes of curtain calls, All heartache put to sleep, laid rest when serenity falls.
