Notes About The Poem

Serene Virelai

With gentle showers He feeds the flowers With grace His spirit devours Sorrows, dread cowers We face Darkness with powers Found in His towers His place We cannot replace His perfect embrace We praise Coming face to face With love that’s the base He weighs Every last disgrace So hearts can showcase Always Splendor to amaze Spirits all ablaze Unseen He’s the One who pays For our sinful ways Between Hope and faith we gaze He never delays Serene Write Me a Virelai Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Kim Rodrigues March 18, 2023

Reads like a good contender to me for the contest. Way to go. These are not so easy to write but you have done quite a good job. Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my page. Sara
