Sequence-Legacy

Our
fragrance
lingers on
within those we
rear,
sweet
smelling,
if in God we
fear-
and
above
hovering,
blessing as a
dove,
our
bios
dissipates-
into those we
love

Continuity ... poets call it flow ... lovers call it "my" ... an existential urge in the poet ... echoing.

Brian, I love this poem. it's going to my favorites. Sweetness exudes within these words. You have captured the essence of our hope- to live on in the minds of future generations and thus, influence them. Love, DAS-J (PS-Thanks for your contest. Words have been flowing. My goal=365.)
