The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Sequence-For Old Sake's Sake

The
beauty
of seasons
as they fallow
lie-
so
quiet,
like a grave,
the old year will
die..
to
become
history,
moulders into
dust..
and
begin
once again-
as hope turns to
trust

So beautifully written Brian. The cycle continues from earth to all animals, including many of us. Sorry I am late with comments, bad back. Trying to catch up here. Love, Shar

Very nice verse, positive, regenerative, renewing as the winter should be. Does Latern form always use "no cap's" Light & Love Debbie Guzzi

Such a hopefilled poem, the perfect start of a new year, is to trust that it will bring good things. I loved this poem! ~ Love, Carrie

New Year brings new hope, desires, and goal that will ultimately be gained or left on the side of the road to die. Another wonderful job brother
