September 11th

It was a day of tragedy
That will never be forgotten
The sight of falling tears
Explosions ringing in every ear
Seeing that first tower fall
Crumbling to ashes
And becoming nothing but dust
Everyone runs
Pushing, shoving, trampling
Trying to escape the horrific sight of what just happened
Everyone is in awe
And when it seemed like it couldn't get worse
The second tower falls
Burned to the ground
along with everyone inside
Thousands died
Thousands hurt
Who would've thought
September 11th would be the day
The terrorists rebelled and took over four planes
Only to hurt the U.S.
All because the wanted revenge
