Separate

Oh separate not goodness
nor faith as it contrives
or separation's pulley, reversing its arrive
or separate love's rally
as rain from cloud's albeit
ne'er separate resort of Earth's continuing give
nor viewing of, as rose's, in an unwinding sieve!

Nor separate my story
its pages to thy vive'
or separate God's glory
from in Thy moment's drive,
that separation's quarry is doubt and its revive,
nor separate Thy soul from mine
that it can't see the light!

Or separate distinction
from out its goal's invite
but ever love, do never
of love from its excite ~
to separate my heart from yours
in knowing your delight
would gratify all missing by emptiness indict!
