Sentimental Objective
I gaze like there is no tomorrow
as I drown in her delicate blue
those eyes, those beautiful eyes
beseeched before me
a pendant of patience
begging
to pounce
the day pauses
...unannounced; in awe
of her artistic verve
and vitality
we both stare in wonder
as my mind wanders
into
sacrosanct pages
to be fused with her
tonight
