Sentenced

they sentenced me to
pay off your credit cards and
back tax ring that bell

they sentenced me to
be subjected to grumpy
not so special day

they sentenced me to
wish I didn't waste my time
trying to be sweet

they sentenced me to
wonder about your motives
it feels so phony

they sentenced me to
first take back my heart and then
protect it from you

Hey, good writes on a person that doesn't sound too deserving of you! I liked your comment you said about love of odd numbers. My numerology is 5 and 7. So I love that too!

Enjoyed the read but left me questioning. Nice piece well written.
