Sensuous November 25

A poet.
 I see.
 Beauty beckons.
 To some degree.
 Casting a plea.
 There is a need.

 Ago, on this very day.
The UN saw it fit .
 To formally submit.
 A law to prohibit.
 Abuse of women.

 On that eve, sometime later.
 Not to be deceived!!
 Some so bravely declare.
 "Hope you not miss."
 "The magic in the air".

 A windowed vision appears.
 Atop a hill.
 Men hoisting a satin flag.
No boast of claim, no snag.
 A closer look!
 A gasp I took!
 As brave men shook.
 The scales off their skin.
 Whats beauty? If not within.

Neath a window, where I lay.
 She parks her car.
 Most every day.
 Seldom a' word a' spoken.
 A ring, a hopeful token.
 Beauty is there.
 I do not dare.
 To speak the fear.
 That she peer and discover.
 Thru her rear-view mirror.
 Me, exposed beneath my cover.
 What an awful disgrace.
 She seeks another parking place.
 So feel!

 Some ways, ways so compatible.
 For we all know.
 Some years ago.
 Our dear neighbor,"Venus".
 Now, much inhabitable.
 Were blessed! Not cursed.
 Think not the worse.
 My broken verse.
 Lacks evidence?
 Seems this day,
 So closer to "Thanksgiving".
 Is no coincidence.

 This magic almanac.
 Is but minds option.
Twas the devil took from, "Adams" rib?
 To foster an adoption?
Days like this, I wish for many more
