Reflections.
Alone, my senses weighed views
In stillness of new day
I paused to listen
To uncover raw gold
Given by morning light.
Mixed emotions surged
Through tunnels of my being
I look deep within
Then found serenity
The good outweighed grey days.
In silence I heard,
"You'd rather live alone?
Unwedded; without...?"
I smiled. Replied to light,
Oh, the good outweighs gray.
In rest, we caress
We're shield while twilight beams
Beyond peaks and dips -
We're three reeds, together
Mostly from week to week.
Alone with my senses
I look through mirrored times
To liberation
It chases pseudo fears
While voice as gem I hear.
