Senseless
When I was one
I stared at the sun
And although I lost my seeing
It felt like fun
When I was three
I drank chlorine
And although I lost my tasting
It felt serene
When I was five
I took a dive
And although I lost my feeling
It felt alive
When I was seven
I played a violin
And although I lost my hearing
It felt like heaven
When I was nine
I took a line
And although I lost my smelling
It felt... devine
And now I'm ten with nothing else to give
What a life I have lived
